The wait is over!

The wait is finally over!

Firstly, we want to thank the lovely clients who been supportive during this nerve-racking time for all of us including our wonderful staff who have been in limbo alongside us.

We are not going to lie we have honestly been to hell and back but have fought hard and are elated we will be re-opening. We will have access to the premises from mid next week, which means we have about a million emails and messages to sort through!

Please bear with our reception team they will have messages from the end of March!! So it’s going to be full on but we will get there eventually. We will need a couple of days to get things physically set up once we are back on-site, our online bookings and online gift vouchers will be operating again from late next week. We will post the exact opening day to the public (we have a date in mind already) mid next week.

As a small WA business, we hope to see all of our regulars again and that you will continue to support us, we can’t wait to provide you all with the most wonderful treatments again. See you all soon xxx The Vanilla Team xxx

Vanilla Reopening Date

To all of our wonderful clients,

we know Covid has been hard on everyone and we are looking forward to seeing you all again soon.🤗

Currently we have been having some issues with our lease and are trying to get that sorted with our landlords ASAP. We are hoping to be open again towards the end of June. Until then our online bookings remain closed as does the spa and we have temporarily removed online gift vouchers. Our online shop remains open as products have been temporarily removed off site for easy postage.

We have already received 100’s of calls (we believe our answering machine is now full) and emails that we will be unable to return until we have set a reopening date. Please be patient, once we have a reopening date we will contact all clients who previously had an appointment to allow them to rebook first. We will then immediately re-open online bookings and make an announcement on our socials.

If you have one of our old 6 month gift vouchers as opposed to our new 3 years ones, please don’t worry we obviously plan to extend all previously valid 6 month gift vouchers from the date we closed the 26th of March to the new opening date, so they will still be valid and you will be able to use them. In order to get in first please email us info@vanillaspa.com.au with your gift voucher number, what you are looking to book for and the date/s and times you are available (obviously towards the end of June onwards). Our reception team will start to reply once we have confirmed a date.

Safety Update – COVID-19

To all of our wonderful clients, just a quick update, please rest assured we are following strict hygiene and cleaning regimes and are using hospital grade disinfectant throughout the spa including on door handles and light switches. Our staff are being monitored and are only working if they are 100%.

We will not be allowing any clients who are unwell to have treatments. We ask that clients who have returned from overseas travel in the last 3 weeks or who are in contact with someone who is unwell please cancel your appointments for the safety of our other guests and staff.

We are happy to cancel any appointments the day before and the morning of for the above reasons. Please however give us as much notice as possible as a small business we rely on our client’s bookings. We are also asking our clients who book appointments for the same day to make sure they are committed to attending that appointment and not to reserve it for a few hours and then panic cancel. As this leads to shift cancellations for our therapists and our reception team turning away other clients who are trying to book.

Thank you so much for your support and just to say we are working hard to ensure the safety and happiness of clients and staff alike.
