we know Covid has been hard on everyone and we are looking forward to seeing you all again soon.🤗
Currently we have been having some issues with our lease and are trying to get that sorted with our landlords ASAP. We are hoping to be open again towards the end of June. Until then our online bookings remain closed as does the spa and we have temporarily removed online gift vouchers. Our online shop remains open as products have been temporarily removed off site for easy postage.
We have already received 100’s of calls (we believe our answering machine is now full) and emails that we will be unable to return until we have set a reopening date. Please be patient, once we have a reopening date we will contact all clients who previously had an appointment to allow them to rebook first. We will then immediately re-open online bookings and make an announcement on our socials.
If you have one of our old 6 month gift vouchers as opposed to our new 3 years ones, please don’t worry we obviously plan to extend all previously valid 6 month gift vouchers from the date we closed the 26th of March to the new opening date, so they will still be valid and you will be able to use them. In order to get in first please email us info@vanillaspa.com.au with your gift voucher number, what you are looking to book for and the date/s and times you are available (obviously towards the end of June onwards). Our reception team will start to reply once we have confirmed a date.
